Please tell the reservations department that you are attending the Alabama Academy of Audiology Meeting to receive the special convention rate. Sponsorships range in price according to sponsorship levels. Fees for the event sponsorships are indicated on the attached page. Please be aware that the tech forum slots allotted are very limited and are based solely on a first come basis. If you wish to sponsor a specific event, please allow the Alabama Academy of Audiology to make the arrangements directly with the Sandestin Hilton. We have found that this eliminates errors and provides the sponsor with the opportunity to host a wonderful event without any of the hassle.
Payment for sponsorship should be submitted as soon as possible and no later than TBA. This will allow for acknowledgements to be included in the meeting program and maximize your exposure on several large advance mailings to potential attendees from Alabama and surrounding states.
